QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree from Mechanical Engineering & Energy Systems Engineering Departments
• Minimum 2 years of experience at Utility & Maintenance is an asset
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of factory building, infrastructure, water treatment, waste water, cooling systems, air conditioning, boiler heating systems
• Experienced in planned maintenance, will ensure the creation and implementation of maintenance plans
  
• Preferably have ISO 50001 Energy Management System Certificate
• 2 years of experience at Utility & Maintenance is an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• High organizational ability, strong communication, result oriented and innovative
• Competent in teamwork
  
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English
• Reside/ Willing to reside in Kocaeli
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operation & Maintenance of all utility machinery/equipments ( steam boiler, chiller, air compressor, pumps, water treatment, fire fighting, generator )
• Follow-up & improve performance problem of utility machinery/equipments
• Preparation and organization of planned and predictive maintenance program
• Design & implement Mechanical systems of machinery/equipment for improvements
• To realize energy saving projects and to produce projects by making improvements in order to use natural resources effectively
• Taking an active role in ISO-50001 Energy Management System processes
  
• Provide necessary documentation, spare parts and training for new machinery and systems to facilitate smooth operation in the future
