QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Willing to be developed on vehicle paint mass production process preparation and engineering,
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
- Flexible and able to adapt Toyota manufacturing methods and philosophy,
- Excellent command of English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey,
- Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be employed in Vehicle Production Engineering Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme. Main responsibility area will be Paint Project Engineering and Production Support.
- Identification of New Model Vehicle part’s equipment requirements, modification necessities, new equipment procurement and mass production preparation,
- Engineering support for mass production problems,
- Research and development of New Paint and Manufacturing Technologies,
- Alternative Paint Material investigation, trial and start-up.
