Description:
• -For R&D center organization of our Technology Department, located in Brisa İzmit plant, we are looking for a product development engineer who will strengthen our team. The responsibilities will be:
• -Development and industrialization of new products: Each year nearly 200 new products are created and presented to the markets. The role has the technical ownership of the product and includes the project management responsibility of whole process.
• -Participating the studies of market requirement analysis and new product positioning.
• -Making technical feasibility and planning and coordinating required technological improvements in plant and processes.
• -Making tire process design for prototypes, performing trial loops and qualify the new product satisfying performance requirements with several tests.
• -Ensuring mass production will be done smoothly and efficiently with introduced new products and processes.
• Continuous improvement of products throughout their lifecycle in terms of tire performances in the market as well as the production performance in the field:
• Joining teams to investigate and analyze the tire performance in the field
• Create ideas and solutions for tire improvements based on customer feedback.
• Generate and execute projects to improve mass production efficiency
• Our team utilizes agile methodologies and continuously implement digitalization tools to enhance our working style to enrich our activities.
Qualifications:
• University degree from Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, Materials and Metallurgy)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Related experience is preferred
• Competent in teamwork
• Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches
• Enthusiasm for learning
• Strong communication skills
• Deep knowledge about problem solving methods
• Residency in Kocaeli-İzmit
