Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in engineering departments (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
· Good verbal and written communication skill in English
· Preferable to have experience in production dept. of Automotive Industry
· Interested in automobiles and automotive industry
· Preferably general understanding of lean manufacturing
· Good knowledge of MS Office programs
· To have problem solving and investigation skills
· Good relationship with superiors and subordinates
· Result oriented and hard worker
· Self motivated, innovative and practical.
· Open to learn new cultures and languages.
· No restrictions for travelling in Turkey & Abroad
· Active driver with driving license
· No military obligation for male candidates
· Residing or able to reside in Kocaeli preferably İzmit
Job Description
· To follow up production process
· To Follow up 3R5S
· Follow-up daily SAP production reports
· Monthly KPI report preparation
· PNDES(efficiency) system revisions and efficiency studies
· Control plans, PFMEA and work standarts update for the changes of the process
· PPMS system follow up (Statistic torque calculation system for critical process)
· Follow up daily quality issues and preparing C/M's and filling out of QIR forms in quality system
· Impediment(daily line stop) register dailly follow-up
· Consumables, production tools, safety metarials stock follow-up and preparing purchasing approval forms
· Taking offers and purchasing actions
· Ergonomy improvements for line members on production fields
· Process Distributions & Layout Management
