QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a “Production Control & Parts Development Engineers” who has strong communication, presentation, reporting, organization and team working skills and pays excellent attention to details with critical eyes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering departments (Preferred Industrial / Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering)
- Good knowledge of both written & spoken in English or Korean
- Has experience in 1 or 3 years on SAP PP module is a plus and Automotive Industry
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong communication, presentation, reporting, organization and team working skills
- No military obligation for male candidates
- No restrictions for travelling in Turkey & Abroad
- Resident or able to reside Kocaeli and around
- Has experience to check related supplier process and parts quality

- Follow up new project according to new vehicle timing plan
- EO (engineering order) management
- New project's master list preparation
- Cost management
- Supplier 4M management (Man,Machine,Method,Material)
- Supplier improvement activities (Audit,Training etc...)
- Part quality improvement
Job Description / Production Control Engineer
- Stock management of consignee and local supplier’s parts:
- Communicating with suppliers, placing orders and follow up raw materials accordingly material requirement plan.
- Creating consignee part orders and checking deliveries.
- Logistic planning and warehouse management:
- Creating delivery schedules of suppliers to keep optimum stock level. Calculating rack storage capacity and organizing incoming processes.
- Management analysis and follow up all Material Inventory:
- Keeping stock accuracy at high level by doing daily cycle counting.
- Analyzing cycle counting results statistically.
- Monthly reporting of stock accuracy to the management based on financial amount and quantity.
- Carrying out, organizing, arrangement and analyzing of mid-year and end year general stock counting activities.
- Taking preventive actions against stock differences and checking effectiveness of taken actions.
- Method engineering:
- Being a member of Method studies about line feeding, calculating standard time and balancing manpower.
- 5S studies on production and stock locations.
- Invoice Posting:
- Checking and registering of incoming invoices to SAP system.
- Posting invoice for returned materials to LP suppliers.
