QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects. Planing, scheduling, conducting and coordinating assigned engineering work. Monitoring work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and MTI standards. Ensuring effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants. Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants, and that the requirements of the contract are being satisfied.
• University degree in Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering,
• Minimum of 5 years experience preferably in machine manufacturing projects, most probably for the steel industry, or similar industries,
• Excellent command of English, additional basic German knowledge is helpful,
• Good knowledge of the engineering tool AutoDesk INVENTOR is an asset,
• Automation Hardware and Software and Simatic Manager as well as WinCC SCADA is helpful
• Good command of all MS Office Applications,
• Capability of analytical thinking, customer focusing and fast learning abilities with good communication and result-quality orientation skills,
• No restriction on travelling abroad and Turkey,
• Military obligation should be completed (for male candidates)
Job description
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
• Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project clients.
• Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
• Comply with all Company Safety Policies
• Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
• Participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving client/engineering and
• management project issues.
• Job will generally be performed in an office environment, but may require travel to and
visit a client’s office, production facility or industrial/construction job site. Conditions will
vary at each location, but the conditions listed above will generally apply.
