GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS
- · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Industrial / Metallurgical/Automotive Engineering,
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Automotive or related field
- Good command of written and spoken Englis
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
- Good reporting skills
- · Having good knowledge about APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Cost Analyse Techniques and MS Project
- · Having beginning level knowledge about CAD Programs and LOGO ERP
- · Ability to show proactive approach and keen to adapt agile working principles, self- learner
- Result oriented and capable to understand and act upon technical, commercial, procurement and logistic issues
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- · Living in Kocaeli or Sakarya
- Completed military service for male applicants
- Have driving license
- Able to travel domestic and abroad
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support and maintaining project management plan
- Continuously monitor and measure project processes, deliverables and activities to identify and communicate potential issues, risks, or problems in a timely fashion and provide corrective action options to drive to resolution
- Leading change management activities for global customer projects
- Supports sales and purchasing teams for new business development activities such as request for quotation and change request quote activities.
- Supports process and engineering teams for new development feasibility studies.
- Lead, prepare and maintain up-to-date engineering records according to APQP &PPAP requirements
- Leading all project activities and act as a bridge between customer and Howon Purchasing, Sales, Production and Logistic teams for all change management activities.
- Tracking supplier tools' and parts' readiness to project milestones, prototype builds & pre-production builds.
- Monitor new technologies to improve supplier processes and share modern practices.
- Reporting to senior management on project
