GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic from reputable universities
- 1-2 years experience in relevant automotive industry
- Advanced level of English in writing and speaking
- Analytical mind for root cause analysis and decision making
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad, Catia, etc.)
- Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in challenging situations within timing constraints
- No travel restrictions and capability of driving
- Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required
- Develop training materials and train employees
- Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Preparing safety and environment improvement plan
- M/material management and cost reduction activities implementation
- Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures and instructions
- Apply internal audits (5S, TPM) and report preparation
- Fixed asset management, purchasing and installation
