QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical/Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related disciplines
- Willing to be developed in Production area
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be employed in Paint and Plastics Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme . Main responsibility area will be Production Operation Development in line with Toyota's short to mid term business policies & production plan.
- Analyze & identify production operation improvement areas on safety, quality, productivity and I/H cost to achieve company targets.
- Research new technologies and develop smart engineering solutions and innovative ideas to improve manufacturing competitiveness.
- Fully implement TPS fundamentals to improve efficiency and flexibility.
- Implement short to mid term projects in line with Paint Shop 5 Year Plan to achieve division targets.
