QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible of engine, transmission and power pack processes design, production tools and machines
- Creating Technical Specifications for the new operations according to quality and safety standards.
- Design of assembly tools and follow the phases of realization of the tools, control the first productions.
- Managing all the steps for a new machine with the supplier such as design, transport and implementation
- Organize relations with Purchasing
- Prepares a planning for every new machine, operation or a project and define milestones
- Responsible for verifying that a new machine/operation meets assembly requests.
- Making improvements and gains for the overall quality and profitability
- Participate in the production improvement work group as a technical expert and propose innovative ideas to meet the needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronic or Metallurgy and materials engineer from reputable university, being passionate about automotive sector.
- Good command of interpersonal, communication ability, suitable for teamwork, innovation competencies
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with similar responsibilities
- Advanced level of both written & spoken English
- Experienced in 3D modeling in CATIA
- Knowledge of PLM publishing processes
- Have driving licence (B class)
- No travel restrictions
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Residing in Sakarya
