QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for “Purchasing Engineer” for Purchasing Section in our production plant in Sakarya/Hendek

· University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering Department ( Mechanical , Electric& Electronics, Industrial, Metallurgical and Materials )

· Min. 2 years experience (HVAC sector experience is preferable )

· Preferably have SAP purchasing module knowledge

· Preferably experienced in press, press brake, punch and sheet metal forming

· Able to adapt to flexible working hours

· Excellent command of English

· Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic

· Good knowledge of MS office programs

· No obstacle for travel in and out of country

· Completed military service for male candidates

· Driving license (class B)

· Living or able to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

For the raw material and sub-part group will be responsible for;

· To be responsible for all technical and strategic purchasing activities

· Managing supplier relationships and negotiations

· Searching to alternative or new suppliers

· Supporting R&D projects

· Managing the initial sample approval process for new parts or new suppliers

· Continuously to suggest, develop and manage cost reduction projects

· To do localization studies

· Performing supplier part cost analysis and collecting offers including price breakdown to control, evaluate and report

· Performing supplier audits

· Supporting the quality and production control departments

· To prepare and report to studies and work plans
