QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in a related field, preferably Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines
- Willing to be developed in Human Resources area (Professional HR experience is not required)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Especially Excel)
- Analytical thinking
- No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya
JOB DESCRIPTION
Successful candidate will be employed in Human Resources Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme. Main responsibility area will be Compensation&Benefits in line with Toyota's short to mid term business policies & strategies.
- Make market research and determine ideal salary, bonus and other benefits levels
- If necessary, update strategies with top management and guide management
- Calculate salaries/bonuses of each member and inform correctly
- Prepare, follow and report labour cost budget
- Support international assignment processes
- Support payroll processes
