Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments,
· Having experience in Human Resources functions (Payroll Administration, Performance Management, Compensation&Benefits etc.) is preferable
· Human Resources Software experience is preferable (PDKS, POLDY etc.)
· Good knowledge of Turkish Labour Law, Social Insurance Law and Regulations (4857 & 5510)
· Excellent coordination, communication, presentation skills,effective problem solving,
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken
· High skills in MS Office applications (Especially Excel)
· Driving licence with experience
· Willing to live in Sakarya or İzmit
