QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources (Preferably in Production)
• Experience in transforming the HR systems is a plus
• Good communication and organization skills
• Analytical thinking
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Well-organized, a self-motivated with enthusiasm and initiative, management processes improvements oriented
• Proactive, a learner, and able to work effectively within the team
• Reside/ Willing to reside in Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understand the organizational requirements and company strategies and present new ideas related with organizational effectiveness
• Organizational efficiency and find solutions to sustain and improve the organizational procedures
• Enhance the employee engagement and satisfaction by developing tools and resources, creating project plans, and conducting best practices research
• Facilitate and guide managers on feedback sessions
• Execute rewarding and recognition studies
