QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Turkey, the 4th in Europe and the 6th in the world in its field. Kastamonu Entegre Gebze Factory is looking for a “Human Resources Specialist” in Human Resources Manager. The position is based in Gebze, Kocaeli.

Job roles details:

Responsible for all functions of the HR processes including performance management, development, recruitment, human resources budget, reporting and payroll issues
Supporting the management of human resources processes
Taking part in corporate development projects
Taking main role on workforce planning
Conducting face to face/online competency-based interviews and reference check process
Sharing of open positions Kariyer.Net, company advertisement portals

Skills:

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in using MS Office applications
Good command of HR SAP and Success Factors
Strong communication skills
Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability
High planning and organization skills
Military service must be completed for male candidates

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IIBF, Industrial Engineering, Psychology and relevant disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experiences in HR functions such as compensation, payroll, legal regulations and organizational development
