QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Snr HR Specialist ( Learning & Development) in our EGGER Gebze Plant, which produces plastic edgebanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant program of the universities.
• Minimum 2 years learning and development and/or project management experience that demonstrates your ability to perform
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills
• Located or relocate in Kocaeli /İstanbul

General Responsibilities

• Deliver training live and on-demand programs using recognized training techniques and tools
• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods
• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness such as e-learnings by improving training methodologies.
• Strictly track and report on training outcomes
• Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific needs & process.
• Develop training aids such as presentation materials, handouts, and workbooks
• Manage and maintain inhouse, external e learning facilities
• Operationally supporting talent management system
• Being updated and tracking job descriptions in Talent system
• Having active role of improving new HR projects.
