JOB DESCRIPTION
- Active role in the transformation of all HR systems & operations
- Analyze and design organizational development strategies and processes based on organization needs by gathering/summarizing data, preparing for meetings and workshops, developing tools and resources, creating project plans, and conducting best practices research
- Improve procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the employee performance
- Facilitating and guiding managers on feedback sessions
- Execute rewarding and recognition studies
- Developing and monitoring HR Analytics information systems
