JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Active role in the transformation of all HR systems & operations
  • Analyze and design organizational development strategies and processes based on organization needs by gathering/summarizing data, preparing for meetings and workshops, developing tools and resources, creating project plans, and conducting best practices research
  • Improve procedures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the employee performance
  • Facilitating and guiding managers on feedback sessions
  • Execute rewarding and recognition studies
  • Developing and monitoring HR Analytics information systems
