Taking an active role in all recruitment process recruiting and hiring efforts such as pre-screening, interviews and other related needs,
Planning and organizing team events, activities, information meeting,
Organizing training activities, Inputting, maintaining and updating training records in LMS Software
Responsible for periodical HR related reports.
Qualifications:
Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments (Human Resources Management etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive supply industry as an HR Generalist (Recruitment & Selection, Learning and Development, Career Planning, Performance Management, Personnel Affairs and Employee Relations etc.),
Fluent in written and spoken English,
Good command of MS Office programs
Having strong planning and organizational skills,
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills,
Result oriented and fixer,
Able to take responsibility in multiple tasks and projects,
