· Graduated from related departments of universities,
· 5 years of experience in the area of Human Resources,
· Fluent in English,
· Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
· Experienced in SAP HR System,
· Developed written and verbal communication skills,
· Analytical thinking, result oriented and prone to teamwork,

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Taking necessary actions in order to disseminate HR processes and policies and ensuring their applicability within the company,
· Carrying out and guiding HR processes such as promotion, performance, career management, workforce planning, employee relations, etc., in cooperation with the department managers they are responsible for,
· Taking a role in competency and potential evaluation processes within the scope of talent management,
· Mentoring executives in goal setting and evaluation processes within the scope of performance management,
· Determining and executing actions that will ensure the development and strengthening of the performance and feedback culture.
