In order to support Turkey’s development, Posco Assan TST Steel Ind. Inc. Co., established in 2011 with 350 million dollars investment for consecutive in partnership with South Korean Posco, which was selected the world’s most competitive steel producer 10 years in row by WSD(World Steel Dynamics), Kibar Holding, which is included in Turkey’s leading business groups and with Posco Daewoo which has a strong distribution network, is the first and only one cold rolling stainless steel producer in Turkey.

The company, which was founded with “From Asia to Europe Stainless Friendship“ motto and being a symbol of Turkey-South Korea friendship, provides significant benefit to economy of Turkey. By the 2,1 Billion $ local production that it has made since it was established for 500 customers, it contributes to the closure of foreign trade deficit by providing raw material to different sectors from white goods to kitchenware goods, from automotive to construction.

The facility, built on a closed area of 169,000 in Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone and working in 3 shifts, realizes production for 7 days and 24 hours a day. With the Women Employment Program launched in 2018, 25 women operators were employed at different departments and total employee number has reached more than 500 employees.

Posco Assan is the 74th biggest company among 500 companies in Turkey in according to ISO 2018 researches. Stepping in to the sixth year in production this year, with the export made in 2017 and 2018, the company won the first prize in Stars of Steel Export Award Ceremony organized by the Steel Exporters Association and carried out the shipment of 1 million tonnes in August 2018.

We are looking for "HUMAN RESOURCES SENIOR SPECIALIST" for our HR Organization.

Qualifications;

  • University degree in related departments preferably from Industrial Engineering or Administrative Faculties
  • At least 6-10 years experience in Human Resources preferably Compensation & Benefits
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical minded, innovative and good communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • No military service obligation for male candidates
  • Working place is in Kocaeli (Transportation from İstanbul Anatolian side is available)

Responsibilities;

  • Budget preparation, budgeting discipline, planning HR practices
  • Drive HR processes such as Compensation & Benefits and other projects
  • To support retention plans, employee engagement and employer branding activities
  • Participate the preparation and updating policies, procedures and standards
  • Assist to organize, follow up and report the HR reports
