Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree with major in related departments ( HRM, Businees, Labour Economics & Industrial Relations )
· Minimum 3 years of HR experience (Especially in recruitment and organizational development fields)
· Knowledge in Labor Law will be a plus (Especially Law No. 5746 on Supporting R&D Activities and its applications)
· Experience in SAP is a plus
· Strong presentation, reporting and research skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business level
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic
· Good knowledge of MS office programs
· Completed military service for male candidates
· Driving license (class B)
· Living or able to live in Sakarya / Kocaeli-İzmit
Job Description
· To be the first contact of employees about all HR related topics
· To conduct the white collar recruitment process of the R&D department
· To design and implement actions as a team aimed to increase engagement / motivation / performance for employees
· To ensure compliance of employee practices with the Labor Law and all related laws/legislations,
· To prepare and to ensure orientation / onboarding conducted effectively
· To provide execution of performance&carier management.
· Take an active role in HR projects and contributing to the improvement of all HR activities and processes
