QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or related departments
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an Human Resources Business Partner in a manufacturing environment
- Firm grasp of the plant HR policies, standards, rules and procedures
- Familiarity with Labor Law, Collective Labor Agreement, Social Security Act
- Strong inter-personal communication & planning and organization skills
- Solid analytical background
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP HR Modules
- Fluency in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be a key point of contact for all associates in HR related topics and a strategical business partner for functions in plant as well
- Coordinate and guarantee that processes as well as HR programs are being correctly carried out around internal policies
- Contribute to personal development of key talents and individual cases in line with internal systems and values
- Meet organization's legal and contractual obligations, needs for personnel documentation and assist in workforce planning and management
- Lead and direct plant HR activities to support the achievement of plant performance metrics in the areas of safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Implement legal and Goodyear related requirements regarding environment & safety
