QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Senior HR Associate”to be located in our Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Being responsible for the full of blue-collar management process in related locations,
- Managing Payroll & legal processes in accordance with official regulations in related locations,
- Conducting correspondence with official institutions and organizations regarding employee operation
- Managing all subcontracting processes
- Managing company vehicle contract processes and making necessary improvements
- Managing the related location administrative & investment processes
- Implementation of industrial relations in locations
- Creating and updating of Human Resources Procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field,
- Minimum 5 years work experience in HR department,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP HR Module,
- Strong analysis and reporting skills,
- Well organized and good planning skills,
- Continuous learning and development
- Live/can live in Sakarya
