QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering Department
- Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
- Excellent command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Capable of design & analysis cat tools
- No restriction to travel in and out of Turkey
- Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Knowledge and application of engineering theories, principles concepts and fundamentals about water piping, compressed air system, HVAC equipment, rotating systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical, transformer systems and equipments
- Design, manufacturing and commissioning of new equipment
- Track & develop new technology for CO2 reduction and introduction at production processes.
- Supporting establishment of a future vision of Toyota for further roll-out of the system
- Study, support and introduce renewable energy
- Strong interpersonal skills with strong analytical problem solving skills
- Plan & implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices.
- Drive communication and report progress and result KPI's within the team and management.
