QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Good knowledge of Production Control & Logistics Activities
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience in ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken, Japanese skill is a plus.
- Flexible and able to adapt and learn Toyota philosophy
- Excellent coordination, communication and presentation skills,
- Effective problem solving,
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills,
- Able to think analytically
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Living or willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli cities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analysing plant capacity guide including work calendar and line speed (OAP responsibility)
- Analysing customer's production plan / Forecast information and take actions accordingly
- New model production start & old model end planning (B/O management)
- Ordering of local / Overseas parts and managing necessary logistics activities
- Tracking the shipments and balances of the orders
- Follow up and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands
- Support of future projects preparation activities in company wise such as packaging design and implementations of new project parts
- Supporting Production Control system development
- Participate and understand company and Lean Manufacturing principles. (Kanban Systems, JIS / JIT)
- Supporting Kaizen efforts and managing kaizen activities in the department
- Supporting related other production control activities
- Fact finding abnormalities and take countermeasure
- Report KPI, develop improvement plans
