QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications
- Graduated from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Universities
- Have knowledge of Accounting laws and regulations
- Highly competent with MS Office programs
- Have Experience with LOGO and SAP is preferred
- Residing / able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli
- Good team player and strong problem solving skills
- Successful in time management
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
Job Description
- Maintaining periodical cost accounting processes and reporting
- Participation in monthly and annual closing cost accounting and inventory processes
- Supporting product cost analysis studies
- Booking and posting the import / export invoices regarding to legal regulations
- Creating the fixed asset cards and capitalizing, transferring and updating the fixed assets regarding to internal procedures
- Addressing the fixed assets to cost centers regarding to physical establishment
- Preparing the documentation needed for internal and external audits
- Participation in stock taking activity
- Preparation of the monthly closing schedule and making the necessary pre-controls
- Reporting the stock quantities and the amounts periodically
