QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Izmit.
Main activities:
- Operatively managing purchasing process and order placement in compliance with the central / local strategies and priorities, applying the available frame agreements defined at central level
- Guaranteeing the right delivery of materials / services to the plants, in order to assure the regular execution of working activities, cooperating with all the functions involved
- Collecting and elaborating the data needed periodical reporting
- Preparation of Management Plan
- Preparing monthly forecast reports regarding cost basis
Qualifications:
- University degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or Econometrics
- At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing
- Industrial purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Advanced level of English
- Advanced reporting and Microsoft Office skills
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Military service should be completed/exempt for male candidates
