QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge about IATF 16949:2016 and core tools (APQP/FMEA/PPAP/SPC/MSA)
- Advance knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Having good organizational, communication skills and team work
- Can keep up with the intensive working tempo (Willing to do overtime if needed)
- New graduate or one year experience,
- Reside or willing to reside in Sakarya,
- Candidates who can actively drive and have B class license
- Male candidates military service status done.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To control and inspect of the Production Line,
- To ensure communication and coordination with the supplier and the customer,
- To plan, report and carry out the necessary quality control tests for the laboratory,
- To solve line problems with root-cause analysis skills (5 WHY, Fish Bone)
- To prepare preventive and corrective actions according to root cause analysis,
- To attend quality meetings, preparing weekly and monthly quality reports,
- To prepare quality KPI reports for management reviews,
- To support process changes in terms of quality activities,
- To participate in quality system, process and product audits as an internal auditor,
- To support and lead the studies for the improvement of poor quality cost.
