QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
To be assigned in Kocaeli/Gebze, the headquarters of our company,
- Graduated from university,
- Preferably managing Human Resources processes for at least 5 years,
- Knowledge of personnel matters, payroll, and wage accrual,
- Having knowledge of SGK employment, exit and monthly declaration processes,
- Experienced in target and competency-based performance evaluation processes,
- Knowledge of labor law, SGK legislation, Occupational Health and Safety,
- Experienced in recruitment, salary, training and organization,
- Successful in human relations, high presentation and communication skills,
- Careful, meticulous, high-energy,
- Result-oriented, able to produce practical solutions,
- Able to use MS Office programs at a good level,
- Preferably used ETA accounting software,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- Preferably having a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively,
- Residing/will be residing around Istanbul Asia (the longest distance is Maltepe) and Gebze,
- Inclined to teamwork, solution-oriented, not afraid to take responsibility,
- Able to adapt to intense working tempo,
- High analytical thinking and problem solving skills, strategic perspective,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Control of prepared payrolls,
- Control of all documents to be entered into the system (Invoice, Receipt, Check, Promissory Note, Bank),
- Assisting with month-end, period-end and year-end transactions,
- Preparation of concise and premium service declarations,
- Conducting personnel search and interview studies.
- Recruitment, training, organizational development, career planning, talent management, performance management, wage management, rewarding etc. Planning and implementation of projects for the development of systems and processes,
- Having a good command of the labor law numbered 4857, SGK law and incentives,
- Responsible for HR management, including performance management, learning and development, compensation and fringe benefits,
- Planning and management of Internal Communication activities
- Performing monthly payroll and payroll controls,
- To carry out work related to occupational health and safety, to manage and control payroll and personnel processes, to follow the e-declaration, İş-Kur, Ministry of Labor and necessary legal regulations,
