QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a global company operating in Automotive Industry located in Kocaeli and mainly producing;

• System Solutions
• Module Manufacturing

We are searching for an Human Resources Manager who will be in charge of the entire HR Process and foster the growth of our client.

General Requirement

• Bachelor degree
• 10-15 years professional work experience
• Union and collective bargaining experience is a must
• Over 5 years of managerial experience at HR in the international manufacturing environment,
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Ms Office tools (SAP knowledge will be an asset)
• No restriction for travelling in Turkey & Abroad
• Residence must be in Kocaeli or near environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations make judgments based on practice or previous experience,
• Create fair and motivating workplace securing Fair Employee Practices
• Pro-active,
• Excellent communication skills at every level of the organization,
• Strong presence, seen as influential & respected by leadership,
• Ability to work in changing environments, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive/diverse workforce,
• Confidence to voice opinions & ideas and willingness to deliver tough feedback/coaching to leadership,

Job Description;

• HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the HR process at the manufacturing plant
  
• The team includes HR (Legal, Payroll, Recruitment and Training, ER, Development), General Affairs, Facility Maintenance, Health & Safety, Environment and Infirmary.
  
• HR Manager will manage the team and report to HR &GA expatriate.
