JOB DESCRIPTION
The main missions of the role are to:
- Responsible for all recruitment process
- Responsible for training and development process
- Assist Group HR and Plant Manager for implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up of industrial relations.
- Propose action plans and participate in their deployment
- Conducting administrative affairs such as relations with subcontractors
- Support all HR processes
