We are looking for a ‘HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER’ for our automotive supplier global client.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in related departments of universities
· Fluency in English is required
· Minimum 5 years experience in human resources
Result oriented and good team member,
· Strong analytical skills,
· No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible for all recruitment process
· Responsible for training and development process
· Assist Group HR and Plant Manager for implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up of industrial relations.
· Propose action plans and participate in their deployment
· Conducting administrative affairs such as relations with subcontractors
· Support all HR processes
