HR Generalist
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be the first point of contact for all employees, in Turkey and UAE regarding all HR practices, i.e. recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, career development, organizational changes, disciplinary actions, learning and development
• Track and coordination of all personnel administrative activities and reporting
• Participation in the creation of the personnel cost budget, forecasts and statistics
• Helping identify and hire the best talent by managing employer branding activities, when necessary
• Coordination of the performance management system
• Participation in national and international HR projects
• Close and trusting cooperation with departments, external service providers and works council committees (independent negotiations and conclusion of works agreements)
YOUR PROFILE
• 5-10 years' relevant experience in a comparable position, preferably in a multinational company; blue-collar experience will be an asset
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Independent and structured way of working, combined with a focused and solution-oriented approach
• Top networker with outstanding communication skills and strong advisory skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Business fluency in spoken and written in Turkish and English
• Very good MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• For male candidates, military service shall be completed
