QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Being responsible for end-to-end blue-collar recruitment processes.
- Being the first contact of bothdealers and company-operatedsites about recruitment needs.
- Preparing and publishing job ads on the network platforms and sourcing the candidates to create a candidate pool.
- Evaluating the candidates through telephone interviews, and/or 1-1 online/face to face interviews.
- Planning the onboarding processes of the newly hired ones.
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to extend the candidate pool.
- Preparing the necessary reports about the status of the recruitment processes on time.
- Being innovative about the recruitment processes and reaching to the candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Preferably worked as a Recruitment Specialist in the retail sector for 2 years and has experience in mass recruitment projects.
- Using MS Office applications effectively and having reporting capability
- Capable of problem-solving, proactive, andresult-oriented.
- Willing to work in a highly energy-powered and dynamic environment
- Experienced in planning and organization
- Prone to teamwork.
- No travel barriers if necessary –(Travel Frequency 25%)
- Able to work from our Istanbul Office or Sites(if needed) for 5 days. (Home office or hybrid working models are not allowed for this role)
