QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages end-to-end recruitment process
  • Works closely with stores to understand business needs and to ensure a common ground in their people's decisions and hiring needs
  • Provides support to all Recruitment Processes and when necessary work in coordination with external companies in order to meet the urgent personnel needs
  • Publishes Job advertisements via related local career portals
  • Screens and filters job applications, creates candidate pool and provides long list for the job vacancies
  • Coordinates Interview organizations for stores and for Headquarters when necessary
  • Checks the references of affirmative candidates before the offer process
  • Monitors, controls, records all the data about Recruitment process and make reportings to the Spain Headquarters
  • Enters the related information of the candidates in the system and keeps HR reports up-dated
  • Meets the new candidates in the office and follows their process in regard of recruitment papers, contracts etc.
  • Keeps Recruitment Documentation updated on the system and other related shared folders.
  • Follows and manages the disciplinary processes for employees
  • Support leaders to develop and follow up yearly staffing plans by working with HRBP
  • Follow standard work throughout recruiting process to ensure leaders and candidates have a consistent and positive experience with recruitment process
  • Perform behavioral, competency, and skill-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications against agreed upon position requirements and competencies

Education & Language Skills

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments
  • Fluent in English
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative
  • Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs,
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Human Resources,
  • Has advanced experience in recruitment sourcing channels
  • Has good organization & planning skills
  • Continuous learning and development,
