QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Calzedonia, founded in 1986, in Italy, which is one of the largest international companies in retail sector (hosiery,swimwear and underwear ), continues to open stores in Turkey.
Qualifications;
- University degree in related departments,
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Human Resources,
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Advanced level of English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Job Description;
- Conducting candidate research, interview and evaluation processes
- Updating job descriptions, posting job announcements
- Carrying out reference check processes and proposal phase
- Following up agreement processes, preparing the contract and following up all the necessary employment documents
- Carrying out data entries to the SAP system for employee recruitment and termination
- Ensuring that the information related to the employee such as total reward, benefits, position and the store they work in are updated in the system
- Following all developments related to the SAP system and taking part in issues such as translation, training in necessary cases
- Tracking the problems encountered in the SAP system and supporting the relevant departments
