QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Merkezi Fransa'da bulunan Servier, vakıf tarafından yönetilen bağımsız ve uluslararası bir farmasötik gruptur. 149 ülkede faaliyet gösteren Servier Grup, dünya çapında 22.000 kişiye istihdam sağlamakta ve yıllık yaklaşık 4 milyar avro olan cirosunun %25'ini araştırma ve geliştirmeye ayırmaktadır. QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a “Human Resources Specialist” to join our team;

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in related disciplines,
  • Minimum 2 year experience in human resources field,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Good command of MS Office applications (SAP HR experience is preferable)
  • Practical thinking in business problem solving and being goal oriented,
  • Team player with strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Preparing and publishing job advertisements and being responsible for researching and interviewing candidates according to the company’s culture.
  • Gathering applications and updating company’s candidate database.
  • Coordinating interviews (scheduling with interviewers and candidates)
  • Assisting internship recruitment process regarding to department needs.
  • Assisting the execution of the Company Career Days Organization with the universities.
  • Supporting employer branding activities and generating creative ideas for social media and leading social & wellbeing activities for employee engagement.
  • Assisting to implement new systems for HR core functions.
  • Supporting organizational development projects such as Career Management
  • Leading orientation and training activities
  • Review and update company policies and procedures and job descriptions - ongoing were needed
  • Conducting onboarding & exit interviews
  • Supporting all HR system via SAP Success Factors system (recruitment, onboarding, performance management etc.)
  • Being an active team member on all related human resources processes and applications
