GENEL NİTELİKLER
If you,
- have bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other related area
- have min. 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition and/or Organisational Development area,
- are self motivated, energetic and creative
- have strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- are result oriented and can work with KPI's
- are demonstrated ability to onboard new employees
- are proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- can make interviews in English
- No military obligation for male candidates

- Experience of hiring software developer positions
- Overall understanding of the core HR processes and hands on HR experience in complex organizations is a plus
