We are looking for an IT Recruiter who likes to work in a scale-up company with an exciting culture relying innovation, collaboration, ownership and fun! You also need to keep up with the pace and the energy of our dynamic team and agile environment!


As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and on-boarding the talent most suitable with the Related Digital's values. This position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, drive, planning and execution ability. You must have demonstrated the ability to have consistent and positive impact and contribution in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Be a champion of the company's values, act as a gatekeeper to recruit the best talent most suitable with our values,
  • Have a deep understanding of the functions within the company and come up with a proactive plan to build a robust candidate pipeline especially for critical roles, in line with Related Digital's people strategy,
  • Be a leader and credible activist for your team and our mission; exert influence to create positive change,
  • Conduct interviews that create a strong impact on the candidate and give an understanding of Related Digital Culture,
  • Execute every activity in recruitment cycle and walk the candidate through it, creating a lasting impression,
  • Proceed with the on-boarding of the new recruits, including buddy assignment, orientation, training,
  • Revise and optimize recruitment process as needed to keep up with changing requirements,
  • Participating in people and culture related projects, such as digitalization, performance management using OKR's, employee engagement.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a technical field,
  • 2+ years’ experience in IT recruitment, preferably in marketing technology,
  • Positive, go getter attitude,
  • Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work in changing environments,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previous experience,
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks,
  • Good command of MS Office,
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English.
