We are looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist for our Human Resources Department with below qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from related departments,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment in a corporate environment (Preferably experienced in retailing companies),
- Ability to act as a team player,
- Practical and result oriented,
- Good planning, organising and communication skills,
- Excellent MS Office applications knowledge,
- Customer oriented,
- Support open communication and feedback culture,
- Open to change and innovation.
Job Description:
- Responsible with keeping All Stores recruitment KPI's,
- Executing the recruitment process for the Stores,
- Preparing and publishing job posts/announcements for All Stores,
- Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of Stores employees,
- Active use of resourcing portals,
- Monitor all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.) and communicate them with related parties,
- Prepare monthly/weekly recruitment reports,
- Carry out and report exit interviews, analyze outcomes and to make action plan suggestions,
- Take active part in the revision/update of documentation and forms.
