Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in the financial sector is preferred

• Fluency in Turkish and English, English is a must

• 3+ years of experience in human resources, within headhunting experience

• Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals

• Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility

• Team working ability

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Advanced knowledge MS Office Programs

• Using social media platforms (Linkedin etc.) effectively

Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management, etc.

• Maintain recruitment pipeline: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, selection, hiring and onboarding

• Manage job ads across multiple platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Social Media

• Conduct initial applicant screening and scoring

• Determine candidates suitable for company culture

• Coordinate/schedule 1st and 2nd interviews with management
