QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist. The position will be working for6 months contract base. It is a remote working role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields,
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Recruitment, preferably in HR recruitment consultancy companies
- Experienced in competency based interviews
- Pays attention to details and analytical
- Strong communication skills
- Have a self-motivated and result-oriented personality
- Carry a strong sense of team spirit and have a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Managing all recruitment processes; job postings, screening, and short-listing candidates
- Making first candidate interviews and managing full-cycle recruitment
- Maintaining a candidate database
- Monitoring sourcing effectiveness through key performance indicators to identify improvements to sourcing strategies
- Maintaining relationships with all candidates for future openings
- Provides the candidates with the best experience during the hiring process
