We’re looking for a teammate who has qualifications listed below and will work for the Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group as “Human Resources Specialist”
Qualifications
You have a BA/BS degree in relevant fields
You have ideally 2-4 years of progressive experience in core HR systems & processes, including Generalist know-how and a direct interaction with internal clients (workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent management, legal and disciplinary issues, career counseling, exit processes, organizational re-structuring, etc.)
You can efficiently use MS Office Programs
You are fluent in written and spoken English
You’re a curious and adaptable individual who has the agility to learn on the fly
You have an analytical mind set, you can set up systems from scratch and/or develop the existing systems for more efficient outcomes
You maintain excellent interpersonal skills while getting timely and efficient results
You’re mature enough to handle relationships with colleagues from all levels
You preferably have managed HR processes for both blue- and white-collar profiles
You have solid examples that you came up with “out-of-the-box” HR solutions to business problems
What Will You Achieve?
You'll be reporting to HR Manager
You’ll provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary issues, legal actions)
You’ll analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
You’ll provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and compensation & benefits and develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers and support pre-opening & pop-up & closure processes
You’ll have a focus on delivering business outcomes through efficient use of the whole HR function and act as a strong role-model for the rest of the team
You will be working in a demanding and high paced environment, yet you will be keeping relevant systems up to date, producing periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
You will manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
You will assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
You will act with a focus on delivering business outcomes through efficient use of the HR-COE teams (Talent Acquisition and C&B functions)
