QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “HR Business Partner” for our business partner.
Main Responsibilities
- Seek continuous improvements in HR policies and evaluate current processes for increased efficiencies,
- Timely updating of personnel and organization information on the HR system, creating and updating personnel files,
- Analyzing the processes of the trainings and to prepare the process documentation,
- Carrying out correspondence with official organizations regarding personnel operations,
- Drive and improve end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process,
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated,
- Operating all HR processes such as recruitment, performance and talent management,
- Must be able to effectively manage conflict while creating an inclusive work environment,
- Demonstrate the ability to design, implement/execute, and measure the impact of organizational interventions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields,
- +5 years of experience in HR functions,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Good level of SAP HR module knowledge is as plus,
- Analytical mindset and proactive attitude,
- Ability to interact different levels with solid communication skills,
- Have planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks.
