QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a team mate in the HR team of an innovative and powerful company specializing in railway systems in the construction industry who will contribute to the recruitment and organization development process. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join railway sector

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
  • Up 8 years of experience in HR with knowledge of recruitment, organizational planning, employee relations, L&D, C&B and budgeting,
  • Fluency in English in both written & spoken,
  • Advanced level Ms Office skills & SAP is an asset,

  • Able to work successfully and productively in a team environment or independently and deal with multi-tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately and maintain mutual comfort level while relating to a diverse workforce

  • Proven analytical, planning and organizing skills, driving decisions

  • Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills, strong communication and high reporting skills within a organization,

  • No restriction to travel,

Responsibilities

  • Oversees full-cycle of recruitment (local and abroad) efforts , supporting Hr Manager for (end-to-end) recruitment process including job posting, Cv searchs, interview organizations
  • Prepares annual training plan according to training needs /requirements and budget, searches training companies, organizes training,follows up all training records and reports
  • Maintains job matching , benchmarking reports for compensation& benefit management

  • Keeping the annual salary review process to ensure relevant market benchmarking and internal consistency

  • Taking active role for corporate communications

  • Supporting the implementation of employer brand strategy and employee engagement plans

  • Making suggestions to improve the system in the fields of Human Resources planning, career management, rotation and organizational development, and supporting the studies

  • Analyzing and reporting all HR metrics to recommend improvements
