Responsibilities
Maintains job matching , benchmarking reports for compensation& benefit management
Keeping the annual salary review process to ensure relevant market benchmarking and internal consistency
Taking active role for corporate communications
Supporting the implementation of employer brand strategy and employee engagement plans
Making suggestions to improve the system in the fields of Human Resources planning, career management, rotation and organizational development, and supporting the studies
Analyzing and reporting all HR metrics to recommend improvements
