QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Senior Recruitment Consultant” for our growing organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Human Resources, Social Sciences or other related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in recruitment consultancy
- Having experience in targets / KPI’s based working environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and under solid deadlines
- Strong planning and result oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experienced with using online recruitment portals
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Preferably located in İstanbul Asia
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all recruitment process for our client
- Responsible for overall Project and Client management
- Taking active role in whole recruitment process
- Periodical reporting of all tasks
- Selection of candidates and performing competency based interviews
