QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Talent Acquisition Professional” for our multinational client.
Qualifications,
- University Degree
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills,
- Min 7 years recruitment experience especially in engineering positions,
- Good command of both written and spoken English ( At least upper intermediate ),
- Residence in İstanbul or able to,
- Mostly remote but able to work hybrid as well.
Job Description,
- Develops, proposes and / or implements talent acquisition (TA) policies, methods, processes or programs, and advises managers and / or employees accordingly for (an) assigned organization(s).
- Supports development and / or implements recruiting standards in order to ensure effective staffing in the organization.
- Supports management in the design and development of talent acquisition policies, guidelines, methods and tools.
- Cooperates with and advises HR operations and or HR business partners or line management in related matters.
- Plans and executes projects to improve recruiting processes.
- Implements talent acquisition standards and ensures effective recruiting programs and respective measures (on regional and local level).
- May perform or support individual and / or group assessments and analyses results.
