QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Active in Turkey since 1996, we are seeking, within our increasing scope, a new team member for the HR department as "Human Resources Assistant Specialist" position in our headquarters in TUZLA / ISTANBUL. Our new colleague should have the following qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities in Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments,
  • At least 4 years of experience in related areas, especially experience in recruitment will be an asset,
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills as a relationship builder (internal and external),
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability,
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic & multitasking working environment,
  • Result-oriented and strong problem solving,
  • Team player with strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, (must)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Residing in Istanbul Assian part


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Executing the recruitment process of company,
  • Providing regularly recruitment process reports,
  • Leads orientation and the onboarding process by creating new hire onboarding schedules,
  • Ensuring policies & procedures are tracked and applied,
  • Executing daily and periodically HR Admin & Reporting activities and supporting projects,
  • Performing other HR related ad hoc duties.
