We are looking for a “Human Resources Specialist” for Borusan EnBW Energy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated with a bachelor’s/master’s degree from related departments of universities
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in recruitment and employer branding
Full-cycle recruitment experience in recruitment process
Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills
SAP Success Factors experience is an asset
Fluent in written and spoken English
Dynamic and result-oriented
Having strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills and being able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Interesting in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensuring all recruitment and selection activities for the business units, e.g.; job posting, candidate search, interview organizations, interviewing, etc
Assisting with development and implementation of human resources projects; e.g.; performance management, talent management
Assisting the internal communicaton projects
Planning, organization and execution of internal and external trainings
