GENEL NİTELİKLER

Responsibilities

  • Working with third party and business line managers to understand the business needs,
  • Being responsible for the execution of end-to-end operations for all HR functions such as budget, reporting, HR analytics, compensation & benefits, terminations, employee relations management related issues, etc,
  • Taking an active role in the HR process of in the retail industry,
  • Taking part in development of the Employee Life cycle process’ projects, (Recruitment, On boarding, Development, Retention, and Exit)
  • Taking support role on workforce planning and budgeting,
  • Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities for the partner departments in alignment with company strategy and targets,
  • Taking a role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes,
  • To work with department managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects,
  • Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department,
  • Build strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees in his/her account to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment,

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Relations & Labor Economics or closely related field,
  • Having good MS Office skills especially, Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills,Strong communication skills,
  • Analytical thinking, analyzing, and reporting capability,
  • Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business,
  • Advanced planning and organizing ability,
  • Minimum 5 years of active experience in Human Resources,
